The Recovery Partnership offers free brief intervention training and substance misuse awareness to a range of appropriate partner agencies, to improve the understanding of, access to and efficiency of the treatment system as a whole.
The training provision is designed to ensure a clear understanding of the services the provider delivers; the referral pathways and to support the abilities of Tier 1 organisations to deliver information, advice, brief interventions and effective referral as appropriate.
Training will aim to raise competence in the following DANOS standards: AA1, AB2, AB5, AC1, AD1, AD4, AF1, AF2, AH10.
Tier 1 organisations will include, but not be limited to, adult social care services, children’s services, magistrates, pharmacies, primary care including GP practice staff, A&E and ambulance staff, police and fire and rescue staff, employment and training staff, housing support staff and domestic violence and abuse agencies.

Training is delivered on a bespoke basis to meet the needs and learning objectives of the group. We can offer training from our offices across Warwickshire, as well as in-house sessions.
